My client is looking for two talented individuals to join their procurement operations teams.

You participate to the up scaling of the organization by supporting the procurement data analytics agenda focused on the energy commodity in Europe and Americas.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Data entry and validation activities in energy procurement, including:

- Energy demand data entry and validation

- Energy derivative deal processing

- Cash-out and settlement management and balances collections

- Validation of market data

- Data collection, computation and reporting of KPIs for Energy Procurement team

- Supporting Category Managers with consolidated volume forecasts and contractual energy pass-through cost

- Energy invoice tracking and checking

- Providing invoice estimates to local sites and support them with validation of actual invoices

- Support IT with maintenance and development of Energy Procurement systems by:

- Structuring invoice estimates

- Updating the book structure

- Updating data recording process

- Uploading contracts into the system

- Implement automatic data transfer from market index sources into internal IT system

- Steering IT system configuration and maintenance, in co-operation with IT support team and system provider

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree

- Minimum of 2 years' experience from energy trading, banking, or treasury back-office roles - or similar

- Background in Finance, preferably including energy procurement

- Good communication and teamworking skills

- Positive mindset of carrying changes forward

- Ability to work both individually and in interaction with others

- Strong IT skills, especially MS Excel and Power BI or similar software

- Fluent in English - French and Italian seen as advantage

Possible locations: France (Lyon or Grenoble) or Italy (Turin).

This opportunity could either be a permanent contrat or a temporary contract of 9 months.
