RINA is currently recruiting for a Energy Project Manager to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.
Mission For our Energy Engineering Solutions team we are looking for a Project Manager who will be focused on different asset such as O&G, Hydrogen and CCUS. The ideal candidate will work on different kind of projects related to decarbonisation, design and engineering consulting, feasibility studies, advisory services design verification, Marine Warranty Survey.
Key Accountabilities Perform day-to-day management of projects and ensure its effective implementation Ensure effective and timely communications with clients and be their direct interface Coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team Establish and maintain the project monitoring, deal with the project administration and financial management Assist in further development, implementation and monitoring of the overall projects implementation plan Education
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Naval Engineering
Other in Chemical Engineering or Energy Engineering
Qualifications 3-5 Years of experience as Project Manager/Project Coordinator in multidisciplinary engineering disciplines will be considered as a plus Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and partners Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise the most relevant tasks at a given time Great organisational skills and familiarity with a business mindset Fluency in written and spoken English Competencies PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role Model MANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactions PIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstances BUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organization MAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraints ADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective way THINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the future CLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfaction EARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversity
