RINA is currently recruiting for a Energy R&D Project Manager to join its office in Genova or Milano, Italy within the Green Energy Solutions Division.

Mission This role focuses on the project management of international R&D projects, focused on power generation, renewable sources, energy efficiency, and smart power grid management.

Job Responsibilities Manage or support the management of EU R&D projects, in the field of power generation (renewable energy and its integration in new sectors), decarbonization & energy transition, power grid development.

Contribute to RINA's activities of technical development, in the framework of EU funded projects while interacting with international partners.

Contribute to or deliver reports and results for European research and innovation projects involving energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies, and the smart grid.

Contribute to the creation of new opportunities and the preparation of new proposals in the framework of European and international R&D programmes.

Contribute to the growth of RINA's network of R&D partners in the field of power generation and distribution, industrial efficiency, and decarbonization.

Experience At least 2 years of experience in R&D projects.

Fluent in English and Italian.

Excellent reporting skills both verbal and written.

Capacity to conduct research, organize work, and produce results.

Good attitude to teamwork.

Open-minded to innovation, creativity, and good attitude to networking.

Education Degree in energy/electrical/mechanical engineering with a focus on renewable energy technologies, smart grids, energy efficiency, or power generation.
