Our client is an excellent full-service law firm with a growing energy practice.
They assist clients in renewable energy matters from conception, planning, and development through to purchase, sale, or acquisition.
They have exciting projects in Wind, Solar, Hydro, and Biomass.
The role is for an Energy lawyer (admitted or non-admitted) with experience in key project contracts, such as EPC, O&M, BOP, and PPA for Energy/Renewable energy projects (Oil, Gas, offshore wind, wind, solar, biomass, etc. )
with a background in project finance or M&A transactions within the sector.
