We are assisting a leading International law firm to appoint an ENERGY / RENEWABLE ENERGY SECTOR.
MILAN based.
Our client is an excellent full service law firm with a growing energy practice.
They assist clients in renewable energy matters from conception, planning and development through to purchase, sale or acquisition.
They have exciting projects in Wind, Solar, Hydro and biomass. The role is for an Energy lawyer ( admitted or non admitted) with experience in; key project contracts, such as EPC, OM, BOP and PPA- for Energy / Renewable energy projects.
( Oil, Gas, offshore wind, wind, solar, biomas etc) With background in project finance or MA transactions within the sector.
