Business Controlling Energy Sales Department at Customer Solutions Italy is looking for a Controller to join the Energy Sales Controlling team.
**Responsibilities**:
Controlling activities for Energy Sales Operational costs (Marketing and customer Value Costs), Profit & Loss and Customer Value:
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and medium-term annual planning in direct collaboration with business stakeholders;
- Develop analysis of deviations vs. budget of previous year/previous forecast.
- Coordinate reporting occasion closing and ensure correctness and accuracy of official records, together with Accounting and Financial Controlling teams.
- Prepare Energy Sales standards and ad-hoc Reporting (KPI, monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Support Profitability/Customer Value analysis on commodity/segment/channel.
- Special projects related to Energy Sales (e. g.
support M&A activities, segment/portfolio valuations, Cost to Acquire capitalization and fair value).
Reporting line to the Energy Sales Controlling Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Successful completion of academic studies in the field of business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/ accounting/ finance;
- Comprehensive work experience in Controlling (2 to 4 years).
Exposure to the energy sector and/or service companies is a plus.
- Highly reliable character, taking ownership and showing a strong commitment to excellence, including attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical thinker with good communication and interpersonal skills able to succeed in a team of motivated and talented individuals.
- Well organized individual with proven ability to perform under time pressure and to juggle competing deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP control modules (SAP CO / FI);
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access).
- Fluency in English in written and spoken is a must, other languages are a plus.
