**Who is ITT?

Responsabilità essenziali:

We are looking for an

**Energy Specialist **located in Barge (CN) who will be in charge, for our italians facilities of:

- identify and map the different energy sources of production plants;

- development, management and improvement of the energy monitoring system;

- define and monitor energy KPIs;

- identify and promote projects to reduce the energy consumptions;

- define and follow-up energy budgets (Commodities, OpEx and CapEx);

- define and monitor energy saving of the energy efficiency projects implemented;

- cooperate with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the improvement of energy performance;

- check monthly energy bills;

- follow the evolution of new technologies, new sources and new public funding/incentives in the energy field;

- identify business needs and market opportunities;

- assure the legal compliance and the fulfillment of all the requirements in energy field;

- contribute to the Energy & Sustainability medium-long term strategy of the Value Center.

Requisiti di posizione:

Key requirements:

- Degree in Energy Engineering or equivalent;

- 1+ years' experience in Energy Management in structured multinational or industrial companies or consultancy;

- Fluent in English;

- Ability to handle multiple projects and task, prioritize higher value work, handle deadline pressures, and sensitive information;

- Strong team building/working attitude;

- Field work and hands-on approach;

- Ability to work independently and creatively;

- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills;

- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;

- Willing to travel.
