**Posizione:**:In the framework of the exponential growth of the NHOA's Storage Solution business line, you will be responsible for the execution of various sized projects as for commercial and contractual terms, ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with NHOA policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments from beginning to end.
**Task and duties**:
- Managing one or more projects ensuring that they are processed correctly, according to the defined contractual conditions;
- Planning the projects in detail and defining the development plan of the orders, coordinating the assigned human resources;
- Organizing the entire project work and related tasks, ensuring that everything works as planned and that each business department performs the planned activities;
- Managing the timing and costs of the activities;
- Day to day management;
- Ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget quality and project specifications;
- Developing and sustaining over time relationships with customers and suppliers involved in the project;
- Supporting the Purchasing Department for the procurement of the most relevant contract materials, both by collaborating in the definition of the contractual conditions and by maintaining the appropriate contacts with the suppliers;
- Manage the suppliers, subcontractor and key project stakeholders;
- Drawing up reports on the closing of the order, in order to capitalize and spread the results, solutions and anything else necessary to increase effectiveness and efficiency in subsequent experiences.
- Verifying the requirements of subcontractors also in terms of safety and preparing the necessary safety measures for the site, with the support of the HSEQ manager;
- Actively contributing to growth and continuous improvement of Project Management Office.
- Actively contributing to business development process concerning project management topic.
**Requisiti:**:**Your background**:
- Master's degree in engineering; ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings is a plus;
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in an industrial engineering and construction environment.
Previous experiences in renewables / in energy storage system will be considered a plus
- Working experience in several of the following areas: Coordination of large sized EPC projects, construction laws, labour laws, health and safety regulations, grid codes, contract negotiation, project control and finance, scheduling, progress measurement, risk assessment, change management, estimating process and planning, electronic document file management
- Certification in formal project management methodologies (PMI, PMP ) is a plus,
- Available for international travels to international offices and onsite projects
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
