We are looking for an Enfant Wholesale Coordinator to join our WW HQs in Milan in the Worldwide Enfant Wholesale Dept.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of operational activities before, during and after the Sales Campaign, working with the WW Enfant Wholesale Director, providing high level operational support and acting as a point of reference for the Regions

- Daily contact with Regions to align the procedures to the HQ guidelines, collecting feedback and information as requested by the Management.

- Provide regular quantitative and qualitative analysis on sell-in and sell-out data.

- Participation into the development and continuous implementation of projects, working with both internal corporate functions and external consultancy firms.

Personal Profile:

- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role, in the luxury sector.

Knowledge of the kidswear business is preferred.

- University degree required.

- Sophisticated communication skills in English, knowledge of other foreign languages is preferred.

- Interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

- Strong organizational skills, ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Autonomous and result-oriented.

- Reporting and analytic skills.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
