Engagement Specialist Internship
Support ongoing development of employee onboarding and engagement programs throughout the account.
In this role you will facilitate and manage employee onboarding, develop areas of employee engagement including site events.
In addition to these responsibilities, it may be assigned to various human resources initiatives and project teams.
**In this role you will**:
- Drive initiatives/activities in support of site climate and culture
- Co-manage and/or facilitate employee onboarding and training programs
- Support the training agenda focused on promoting the employee experience, employee development
- Track completion of training & development programs, schedule and/or facilitate as necessary to maintain completion compliance
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of events for location, including seasonal events, diversity & inclusion events
**What we need from you**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Interest in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience areas
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and initiatives
- Ability to self-manage and proactively take necessary action
- Good interpersonal and relationships skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
