Engagement Manager, Google Cloud Professional

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in customer-facing, interfacing with executive stakeholders, leading technical implementations, pre-sales, consulting engagements, transformation programs, or other initiatives
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English and French or Italian and/or Spanish
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a management, technical, or engineering field
- Experience in writing and facilitating agreement documents
- Experience managing a Program/Engagement Profit and Loss (P&L)
- Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with public cloud providers like Google Cloud Platform or similar
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-parties to deliver and manage the implementation of high-impact solutions
**About the job**:
Our Cloud Customer Experience (CCE) organization within Google Cloud delivers Professional Services/Consulting, support, and learning services to our customers to help them get the most out of their Google Cloud investments.
As an Engagement Manager, you will be interfacing with our customers to define and establish a services strategy that will enable them to realize their business objectives throughout their Google Cloud adoption journey.
You will directly support a multi-customer portfolio, focused on supporting our customer's adoption of the Google Cloud Platform while managing financial metrics.
You will regularly engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives of enterprises and a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team within Google.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales teams to accelerate adoption by qualifying opportunities, pitching services, and capturing customer requirements.
Develop an implementation strategy for customer accounts and act as the point of contact for CCE services.
- Lead and collaborate across our CCE team to define customer business outcome goals, and define related workstreams and success criteria to meet these goals.
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost for creating relevant agreement frameworks.
- Coordinate with Delivery teams and partners to develop staffing plans, estimate level of effort, and design project budgets to maintain a healthy financial goal.
- Manage portfolio-level financial metrics, bookings, credits, and staffing forecast.
