**Posizione**:
Ipsos Strategy3, a leading brand, marketing and innovation consultancy, is seeking a driven, self-motivated Engagement Manager to join our team of entrepreneurial thinkers who are looking to change the marketing landscape for our clients.
Our Engagement Managers play a key role in delivering on our client engagements, assisting in executive interviews, coordinating primary and secondary research, preparing deliverables, and crafting compelling storylines to clients in leading industries such as FMCG, Tech, Finance, Fashion, Automobile.
As part of our client service teams, you will be working both laterally and vertically with our team of Partners and Strategy Analysts to ensure that our ideas are flawlessly presented and inspiring to both our clients and the marketing community.
Critically important will be your ability to build relationships, not only internally with the Strategy3 team in Italy and across the globe, but also across Ipsos more broadly and of course with our clients.
Typical engagements include developing brand strategies, segmenting customer audiences, understanding consumer journeys, envisioning future growth pathways, and guiding innovation strategy.
You will join a unique team of whole-brain thinkers who come from backgrounds as diverse as market research, brand management, consulting, finance, design, and start-ups? all of whom come together with a diversity of ideas to transform the consulting services industry.
Since inception, we have seen exponential growth of our business and have expanded our presence in the US, London, Milan, Shanghai, Paris, Beijing, and more.
The Strategy3 Milan office operates as the Hub for Europe and as such has a leading presence with several of the Ipsos European markets.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications include:
- MBA preferred
- 4-5 years of professional experience: preferably in branding/marketing, management consulting, brand management; market research background is a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including bringing clarity to ambiguous situations
- Ability to work cross-functionally, with a solid understanding of market research
- Ease and confidence with "thinking on your feet"
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Confidence outlining proposals (with support from executive team) in response to client RFPs
- Ability to develop and adjust project approaches & frameworks as fit for various projects
- Love of, and nose for, brands, marketing, and innovation (with a defined focus area they are especially passionate about and skilled in)
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to lead, mentor, and provide feedback & development to junior team members while serving as a "culture add"- we're not looking for people who "fit our mold"; rather, we want to bring on team members who will mold our culture by pushing us to think in new ways
In addition to those qualifications, one of the key things we have in common is the ability to tie together disparate pieces of information (from social media, from census data, from keen observation) into a compelling story, and tell it in a way that is engaging and memorable.
