For our customer, a global capital goods company specializing in equipment and services for

Agriculture and Construction, we are searching for an Engine Platform Regional Manager.

**Posizione**:

Main tasks:

Define and guide in the definition of suitable powertrain configuration and line-up, considering the vehicle platform inputs, emission and other

regulatory constraints, product lifecycle considerations, manufacturing, time to market and product cost, quality targets setting, to ensure sustainable and profitable product offering in the Construction Equipment segment;

Prepare and support with powertrain related data, in the preparation of the machines "business case", and Milestones approvals, including possible

make/buy, alternative scenario for powertrain sourcing;

Manage the deployment of the projects transversally across the various machine platforms at powertrain level, ensuring that required synergies and cost optimizations are implemented and that the Time, Cost, Quality and Profitability targets set in the Business Case are achieved;

Act as a point of contact and communicate the situation of the project to all participants and other entities of the company, as far as powertrain perimeter is concerned;

Supervise market trends, competitor landscape and policy makers moves, in order to provide up-to-date views and insights for keeping competitive and profitable products in the market.

**Requisiti**:

**Requirements**:

Ms. C level or equivalent in Mechanical, Automotive, Aeronautics engineering, mechatronics and industrial areas;

Minimum of 5 years in similar product development activities in the automotive and industrial areas;

Advanced English;

Knowledge and proven experience in project management and product development in automotive and industrial areas and relevant tools for project Quality, Time, Cost budgeting, optimization and tracking;

Knowledge and proven experience in combustion engines development and validation, knowledge of use of sustainable and alternative fuels (H2, e-fuels, Biofuels),

Knowledge of basics and principles of electrical powertrain architectures (EV and PHEV systems);

Performance and emissions compliance upgrade of existing engines solutions and specific components for engine emissions control including after treatment systems;

System level knowledge of powertrain integration with transmission and in-vehicle hydraulic systems;

Knowledge of worldwide industrial and off-highway market players (machines and powertrain OEMs) and key systems Tier1 Suppliers product offering;
