Job Description: - Install, repair, and maintain instruments to ensure safe and effective customer operations

- Provide responsive telephone and on-site support to assist customers with instrument usage

- Manage own assets, including spare parts stock, company car, tools, and software

- Coordinate work schedule with relevant partners and produce accurate reports of activities

- Inform customers of our company's other products and services

Job Requirements: - Proven experience in field service or a related engineering role

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of instrumentation

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
