You will focus on automatic inspection (AVI) of vials and syringes, contributing to our plant's success.

Key Responsibilities Optimization and Implementation: Optimize existing recipes and implement new inspection recipes and machines to ensure flawless operation.

Customer Interaction: Assist the manager in resolving production issues and overseeing recipes for established products to ensure outstanding customer happiness.

Collaboration: Work with internal functions to continuously improve vision system recipes and reduce false rejects.

Technical Support: Coordinate the external technicians for interventions, either on-site or remotely.

Production Improvement: Optimize vision system configurations to achieve desired production yields.

Quality Assurance: Conduct checks and investigations for low yields or defect exceedances, adhering strictly to quality standards and regulations.

Documentation: Perform functional tests and prepare technical documents to support deviations, change control, and optimizations.

Requirements and Qualifications Education: Degree in engineering/scientific fields or a technical diploma.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP regulations.

Technical Skills: Understanding of vision systems operation.

Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in English.

Experience: Prior experience with automatic inspection machines and vision systems for pharma (e. g. , Seidenader, Optrel, Innoscan, SEA Vision) is a plus.
