Engineering Administrator Skills Provision is searching for an Engineering Administrator to work for an internationally recognised construction company. This Italian based organisation is dedicated to the development of safe, healthy and vibrant communities. They are considered a top-tier organisation to work for.

Location: Florence, Italy

Position: Permanent

Salary & Benefits: €84, 000 pa

The Role Schedule project tasks and establish working priorities.

Monitor progress and achievements on project performance.

Manage document control during the construction phase.

Book air, hotel, and ground transportation for the Board of Directors as requested.

Coordinate event catering as requested.

Maintain filing and documentation systems.

Assist the HR Manager in maintaining document flow and organisation.

Produce engineering reports and related documents on request.

Oversee activities and correspondence related to the Admin office to ensure timely responses with special attention to clients and staff issues.

Attend all company meetings.

Requirements Degree in Administration

5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior management.

Proven ability to work with all levels of management in a professional, diplomatic, and proactive manner.

Adept at working with numbers and spreadsheets.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Fluent in Italian and English (written & oral).

Highly organised.

Disciplined operator.

Loyal and dedicated (ethical approach).
