Position**:

Italdesign is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Engineering Construction Team Leader with passion for the automotive field.

**Responsibilities

- Being Responsible for CAD planning of show cars, coordinating the activities of a team;

- Handling internal resources and third parties when delivering different projects on time;

- In charge of defying technical solutions in coherence with projects, technical constraints and budgets;

- Interface with different Italdesign departments;

- Interface with customer technical departments

**Requirements**:

**Key Requirements

- Project management and good skills of technical problem solving;

- 5 years of experience in this sector;

- Knowledge of technical drawing, CAD, Catia V5;

- Knowledge of show car/show models production processes;

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point );

- Strong leadership and good skills of team working and coordination.

**Preferential Requirements

- Flexibility, proactivity;

- Problem solving and ability to synthesize information;

- Ability to anticipate, manage critical situations and provide effective solutions.

**Additional Information

- **Education**: Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent

- **Language skills**: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.

Knowledge of German would be appreciated
