We are looking for a **Controller** to be inserted in our Controlling Engineering team based in Piombino Dese (PD).

The Engineering Controller will be responsible for all issues relating to the economic and financial performance analysis and reporting (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) of the Engineering Business Line.

This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting and controlling activities.

He/she will have an active role in several specific corporate projects supporting the coordination and the harmonization of the activities.

Main activities and responsibilities:

- Ensure the timely preparation and the analysis of the Monthly Closing (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and KPIs) supporting the Engineering Entities and verifying the data accuracy and the guidelines compliance

- Manage the Budget, Forecast and Business Plan processes (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow and KPIs)

- Perform a periodic variance analysis delivering reports and provide information to support management decisions

- Ensure the proper projects accounting management from a financial and economic stand point

- Manage and support the continuous improvement/harmonization of the Group projects related to the AFC area

- Implement a set of common KPIs inside the Business Line and in compliance with the Group logic

- Integration of Corporate AFC policies and guidelines

- Support the Investments management (actual / planned / authorization flow / KPIs calculation)

- Act as a business partner for internal stakeholders in order to understand the strategy and suggest supporting action

- Manage the SOX journey for Engineering entities

**Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Finance, Economics or similar

- 4 - 5 years of experience in Controlling Dept.

- Experience in structured/multinational companies with a strong international presence

- Knowledge of project accounting principles (familiarity with IFRS will be a must);

- Strong knowledge of Excel tool (familiarity with ERP and Business Intelligence tools will be a plus);

- Strong analytical mindset, organized with attention to detail;

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluent in English both written and spoken
