**Posizione**:

Ingenn is the **Head Hunting company** solely focused in the search and selection **technicians and engineers**.

**The partner**:

We are looking for an **Engineering Development **for an important company operating in the Fintech sector.

**The role**:

- Working with the rest of the team you will be responsible to define and develop the best solutions based on business needs;

- Know how to write high-quality software, following SOLID principles and best practices such as TDD;

- A clear understanding of design principles and design patterns to solve common problems;

**Requisiti**:

**Mandatory skills**:

- Degree in Computer Science or similar;

- Experience working with large codebases;

- Experience with versioning systems;

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (SOLID principles);

- Experience with build tools like maven;

- Experience with databases (both relational and nosql);

- Experience with CI tools (jenkins, gitlabci);

- Understanding of agile development methodologies and full Software Development Lifecycle;

- Knowledge of TDD practices;

- Strong understanding of design pattern and design principles;

- Passionate about software development, solving complex problems and continuous learning;

- Enhance existing systems and build new functionality;

- Build a strong understanding of their platform to be able to evolve it according to customer needs;

- Analyse the current design and propose/adopt changes;

- Do Test Driven Development to ensure projects are rigorously tested before release;

- Collaborate to test automation following the pyramid principle;

- Follow SOLID principles and continuous refactoring to keep on improving the way to make software;

- Learn new technologies and standards;

- At least 2 years working experience.
