Job location: 50% remote and willingness to travel within northern Italy Responsibilities Create and maintain the Engineering Tracker, regularly updating document status according to customer requirements and project inputs Integrate weekly progress updates from various disciplines and follow up on open customer comments to ensure adherence to timelines Ensure the consistency and quality of work packages in compliance with standards and customer requirements in EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Support the timely distribution of approved documents to relevant project stakeholders Minimum Requirements Degree in engineering with a focus on project management or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Experience in managing technical project documentation, particularly drawings and reports Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes and understanding of dependencies in EPC project scheduling Proficiency in working with document management systems (DMS) and excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Fluency in English and Italian, with a willingness to travel within Northern Italy What we offer Close support during the induction period and beyond Professional induction and competent contact persons Working time account for flexible organisation of your working hours Good opportunities for further training 30 days holiday per full calendar year About INP As an internationally active engineering and service company, we work with our employees and customers worldwide to realise major projects in machine and welding technology, process control technology, automation technology, electrical energy technology, QA/QC and construction and infrastructure.
