The internship will take place within the Global Quality, Sustainability & Lean Development area.

The candidate will collaborate with the Warranty Manager in the analysis of field failures database and consequently in the definition of product improvements to reduce failures and associated costs. In particular, having acquired the necessary knowledge, the candidate will be involved in the following activities:Support warranty database analysis and elaborate specific reporting (prioritizing for number of failed products and associated costs);Participate to product inspections/teardown in house or in field (coordinating with Customer);Prepare detailed report about products inspected and participate to findings' presentation to Customer;Participate to root cause process about major field failures (mainly interacting with Engineering / Testing / Operations);Tools and methodologies to learn:Problem Solving (8D)Pareto analysisProducts and associated applicationsManufacturing processes understandingRequirements:Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or similar);Basic knowledge of mechanical power transmissionsIT skills: MS OfficeGood knowledge of the English languageInternship location: Reggiolo (RE)
