The team works closely with our Project Managers, Account Managers and other engineering teams to handle all apps and web user interfaces released by Masabi and to support the launch of new features.
The team is UK/US-based and could potentially expand to other time zones in the future.
As a configuration team, the engineers are not developing software or writing code every day, but are responsible for managing configuration files, running setup scripts, customising and releasing white-label apps and websites, as well as a variety of setup operations in internal and external systems as needed.

- Partnering with other Engineering Managers to coordinate cross-team technical activities, including getting a clear handover of any new tasks to be performed by the configuration engineers going forwards
- Operational excellence within the team, including triaging support issues with the BA, the incident management process and ensuring/monitoring uptime of services
- Around 20% of available time for **Line Management** of people in your Team, including:
- Regular 1:1's, holiday and expense approvals for your team
- Responsibility for the full employee life-cycle of direct reports, including interviews, input into the performance review process, personal and professional development, role changes, etc.

- Providing work delivery progress and participating in the weekly critical project review meeting
- Providing operational metrics data (e. g.
via dashboards) and participating in a (future) regularly scheduled operational excellence review meeting
