We're looking for an extraordinary Engineer Manager to join our Product Department in Milan.

You'd work side-by-side with different professionals to define and execute on a product roadmap and you'd be able to set deadlines and clear team goals to monitor periodically.

to understand customers' needs, proposing a range of insightful solutions and to implement and test your ideas into efficient and elegant models and algorithms.

You'd also supervise your members' tasks, organizing code reviews and keeping up to date with the latest technology trends.

Other responsibilities will include creating an inspiring team environment, motivating members and listening to their feedback.

You'd be a complete manager, not just engineering.

**Requirements**:

**What You Have

- Ability to work cross-functionally with many other roles and partners within the company.

- Strong experience with web design, REST Web Service Architecture, and database design

- In-depth technical experience in the core languages, frameworks, or technologies used by the team

- Experience in Continuous Integration, Continuous deployment (Jenkins), and DevOps culture

- Experience of Agile Project (f. e.

Scrum)

**What Would Be Nice To Have

- Experience working closely with Product

- Experience with cloud resources, e. g. , AWS, Google Cloud
