Role ENGINEERING MANAGER
This position is located at BorgWarner's Italy Plant in Lugo (RA).
Leads an engineering team involved in product development, customization and testing.
Application engineering functions to support customers also falls under the engineering manager.
Market: Industrial and automotive power chargers, and other power electronic products for EVs: Inverters, DC/DC converters.
T1 international supplier.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES- Theory, Principles & Concepts / Application of human resource management and development methods and procedures
