About this role

The person will lead the IT development team for the new business unit, with technical, strategic,

planning and management responsibilities.

**Responsibilities

- Design the business unit's software architecture

- Select and manage the IT team to support and develop the project

- Plan the resources and activities required to build and operate the project

- Continuous coordination with other company's team leaders (earth observation team, commercial, etc. . ) in monitoring the progress of the entire project

- Activation and management of the research and development path, and continuous

- Improvement of the solution offered in the marketplace

- Plan an analysis and reporting system to report to the PM and the CEO

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Software Architect and Cloud Architect

- Expertise in Image Recognition and Machine Learning

- At least 5 years experience in Microservices Architecture and systems such as Docker /AKS

- At least 3 years experience on big data and big data analytics

- At least 5 years' experience as a full-stack developer

- Experience of at least 5 years as a PM or department coordinator

- International experience of at least 3 years

- Problem solving skills

- Propensity to achieve goals and strong ambition for growth

- Professional knowledge of English and one other language (work will be held mainly in English)

**Nice to have

- Contributed to the creation/launch of a startup

- Knowledge of the carbon market

- Speaks Spanish at a professional level
