By mapping the complete customer journey—from discovery to purchase—you will help empower brands with data-driven, opt-in insights that enable a true understanding of consumer needs.

In this role, you will provide technical leadership to the engineering team, ensuring product quality, and promoting best practices. You will also recruit, structure, and manage the team while fostering a positive and productive environment. Additionally, you will manage project scopes, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a software engineering background in a senior or leadership role, strong project management skills, and experience managing and growing engineering teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical projects with business objectives are also essential.

Ensure a balanced, high-performance, positive and productive environment, set goals, provide mentorship, empower your teammates, and foster the growth of engineers. Define project scopes, timelines, and allocate resources to meet goals and needs. Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring timely and effective delivery. Communicate statuses, challenges, successes and collaborate with stakeholders and leaders. Manage and maintain knowledge bases and technical documentation. Ensure components and decisions are captured efficiently and correct processes are followed. Collaborate closely with other teams, ensure mutual understanding and alignment of requirements and goals.
