The Engineering Operations expert will be responsible for providing the required governance to execute projects and programs of GEP ENG portfolio while driving continuous improvement within the organization.

As Engineering Operation expert, you will be responsible for:

- Analyzing, monitoring and controlling GEP ENG organization fulfillment KPI fro RQS and NPD, promoting synergies among Engineering Verticals and ensuring coherent data management.

- Setting organizational goals to meet project and programs schedule milestones.

- Enabling GEP ENG operating rhythm execution

- Promote and enable digital growth by means of improved tool usage and optimization, development of automated process.

- Supporting definition of outsourcing strategy and optimization of working models.

- Supporting rewiring initiatives related to IET execution model.

- Providing regular input to operation organization to maintain a collaborative overview of the workload planning with the disciplines to accommodate the needs of DTI programs, ITO support and OTR execution.

- Acting as quality and HSE champion: aimed by continuous improvement and learning spirit, promoting an interdependent culture.

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.

- Have previous experience in Operations and/or previous experience in project coordination.

- Be a good team player and team builder, demonstrating strong communication skills.

- Be a clear thinker, self-starter, showing analytical mindset and ability to optimize manual computations through automated solutions and data sharing.

- Be able to work closely with multiple functions in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

- Demonstrate fluency both in Italian and English (oral and written)

- EU Work Permit;
