Reports to: Technical Area DirectorLocation: Scandicci, Florence, Jimmy Choo FlorenceDirect Reports: noneJob PurposeThe person on this role will be in charge of support the Engineering process in achieving and filing information to and from the JCF functions and the external manufacturers and suppliers. This position is a direct report to the Technical Area Director and will be involved with the daily activities of the Engineering Department. He/she will liaise with the RD Raw Material Department, the Product Development, the Production Dep.

Main responsibilities include:To achieve and filing all the necessary information for the engineering of each CollectionTo provide the JCF departments with the Engineering's information requiredTo support the Technical Team in their daily activities following closely with them every issue related to the engineering of each Collection and ensure solving of it. To have frequent dealings with all JCF suppliersTo manage Engineering timelineTo manage masters of Third WorkmanshipCompetencies and Experience Required:Accuracy and timekeeping in collecting and filing the informationGood communication skills both written and verbalDemonstrable skills of Microsoft Office, with particular reference to ExcelPersonal Attributes:Rigorous and methodicalProduct SensibilitySelf-confident and time - keeperAble to manage relationship in high demanding environmentSuccessfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities in a fast pace environmentBackground, Skills and Experience Information Technology (Microsoft Office)Fluent in Italian and EnglishUnderstanding luxury supply chainPrevious experience in managing the progress of Engineering processDegree in Fashion Management (preferable)
