**Engineering Program Manager

The person in charge will be involved in planning, execution and delivery of optical Hardware development programs collaborating with teams from Engineering, Supply Chain, Compliance.

Main responsibilities:

- Definition of program plans and schedules, working closely with Teams from Engineering, Supply chain and support functions;

- Accurate budget management;

- Management of prototype activities

- Leading the performance of the team and of cross-functional members

- Reporting of program status and progress to the Team and the Management

Location: Monza area.

*** Requisiti

Requirements: - Engineering Degree - Preferable 2-3 years of experience in Hardware Engineering Development or similar environment (we can evaluate also junior profiles in PMO role).

- Fluent English We expect you to have strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, analytical and organizational skills.
