Responsibilities NTT DATA is looking for an Engineering Project Manager for the Tangity Engineering Service Line.

He/She will be responsible for delivering assigned projects to our customers, achieving internally agreed profitability and expected customer satisfaction level.

Project Manager is the primary point of contact for customer about project activities, he/she has to:

- Deliver assigned projects within agreed scope, cost budget, timescales and quality;

- Lead project team, manage cross-business unit work scope and promote positive environment to ensure successful interactions;

- Engage with Engineering and other service departments to ensure the resources forecast is completely unveiled, well planned and promoted;

- Manage and report all resources demands and financial aspects for assigned projects;

- Is responsible for compliance to all applicable NTTDATA, customer, governmental and regulatory policies and procedures;

- Build business partnerships with key suppliers;

- Build partnerships with key customers at business management level;

- Support as much as possible sales activities (involved in reviewing proposals and contracts).

Required Skills REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Engineering degree with business studies or equivalent knowledge.

- More than 3 years working experience in a systems or product development company;

- Must have experience in projects management for engineering services or product design, through their complete development;

- Must have good negotiation skills;

- Proactive change and risk management;

- Excellent communicator with proficient English (verbal and written);
