JOB PURPOSEIf you are passionate about safety and environment then this role is just for you!WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEIdentify the risk factors present in the company to carry out appropriate assessments to determine corrective measures for the safety and healthiness of the working environments;Analyze and identify technical countermeasures that reduce the risk of accidents;Plan and coordinate the execution of identified countermeasures;Manage the execution of Safety Studies such as risk assessments in critical areas;Verify that the design of existing systems complies with Unilever standards and current directives;Work closely with the Operations and Engineering manager to support continuous improvement activities;Track metrics to discover areas for improvement;Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for site project tracking;Work with Quality departments for compliance with Standards;Use process knowledge to help develop and deliver novel products and processes;Support Factory capability analysis for innovation readiness;Support the implementation of digital innovations and projects. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDEngineering Master's Degree, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering;Previous experience in a similar role;English proficiency and Italian mother tongue;Extremely well-organized, precise, and able to multi-task;Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player;Fast learner with a growth mindset;Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills;LeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results and are an example to others.
