**Mission

Support the Engineering team to meet their project commitments by following company processes and using project tools, related to Configuration Management and Requirements Management processes and support the planning activity.

**Accountabilities

- Verify that the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) is included within the set of initial project documents

- Ensure the Upload of the PBS structure in Teamcenter

- Ensure the import of the Documentation list in Teamcenter by creating documents with the proper code in the planned state

- Support project teams to comply with Company and Client standards by effective use of Engineering Support Tools

- Support the Project Engineer in the control and transfer of documents and work products between Company's tools and Client corresponding systems, by ensuring the compliance with their processes and procedures

- Ensure by means of formal verification that all work products are compliant with the required format and defined standards baseline and are checked and approved by the appointed individuals before release to the Client.

- Support the PE to define and activate proper project roles in Teamcenter, in compliance with ORA 001, checking the correctness of the filled FOR012.

- Support the PE to define the project document templates and ensure that they are uploaded in the related page of the tool

- Support the design team in daily engineering management activities.

(e. g.

Helping them in using CM tools).

- Contribute to the workload calculation on new projects by ensuring a preliminary analysis and identification of the required activities.

- Ensure a periodic analysis on available resources skills and knowledge

- Assure the analysis of the actual costs trend in order to identify any criticality and identify possible corrective actions.

- From 3 up to 5 years of relevant experience in design activities

- Time schedule, physical progress, workloads and budget reports

- STS Tools

- CAD

- Document Control

- Knowledge Management and Tools

- Configuration Management Process and Tools

- Quality assurance

**Education / Qualifications

2 years University School or Equivalent Technical background

**Languages

Good English proficiency
