Org Marketing Statement

** Position Summary

Responsibility and leadership for Cinisello Engineering activities within the Electric Motion Business Unit - including RFQ, Simple By Design, customized product development for specific OEM projects, sustaining engineering and customer support, with the goal to generate profitable growth.

Leads and develops Cinisello engineering team : plays a direct role in aligning the Longvic & Cinisello engineering process.

** Responsibilities

Leads & develops an engineering team to ensure the business unit achieves the goals concerning: Safety, Engaged People, Premier Customer Experience, Profitable Growth and Financial Performance.

Develop talent and skills of his direct reports.

Manages the priorities of the Cinisello Engineering team to ensure the team works on the most valuable projects and that all projects (new product development, OEM projects, SBD ) are adequately staffed, managed with right methods and followed-up and delivered on time, on budget with the right quality.

Take containment actions if barriers delay projects - in order to build credibility on project execution and implement corrective actions to prevent from new slippages.

Ensure adequate communication with stakeholders (PM, MM's, BU Mgr, Eng.

Mgr GM, . )

regarding the delivery time, quality and costs.

Work with the Principle Engineer Motors & the Principle Engineer Electrification to align on priorities and resources for Customer or RFQ projects.

Execute Motor project requirements relating to Compliance (i. e.

IATF) and functional safety as required by customers or Division Compliance officer.

Identify and capitalize on cross-technology opportunities (Pneumatics/EM, Hydraulics/EM).

Manage and grow local relationships with Universities or Apprentice programs to keep a strong engineering talent pipeline.
