**Job overview**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the implementation of the **British curriculum** in the school.
- Coordinate the English teaching team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure the achievement of educational goals.
- Facilitate the adoption of **innovative teaching methods**, such as Flipped Classroom, Enquiry-Based Learning, and the integrated use of new technologies in education.
- Promote **connection with the preschool** to facilitate the transition of students to Primary school and ensure continuity of the educational journey, encouraging families to continue the path in our school.
- ** Integrate the British curriculum with the Italian curriculum** in a synergistic way, fostering effective collaboration between the two cultures and ensuring a balanced educational experience.
**Essential Requirements**:
- ** Excellent knowledge of the British curriculum** for school and the ability to adapt it to bilingual contexts.
- ** Proven experience in educational management** or team leadership roles in the school environment.
- ** Teamwork skills**, with the ability to manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team of teachers.
- Flexibility and open-mindedness, with the ability to quickly adapt to curricular and organizational changes.
- Familiarity with **modern teaching methodologies** such as **Flipped Classroom**, **Enquiry-Based Learning**, **Project-Based Learning**, and the practical use of educational technologies (e. g. , digital platforms, online collaborative tools).
- ** Excellent interpersonal communication skills**, with the ability to solve problems and manage conflicts constructively.
- ** Pragmatism**: the ability to turn visions and ideas into practical and actionable plans.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Knowledge of the **Italian national curriculum** and the ability to integrate it to promote a balanced and coherent educational approach.
- Professional or personal experience in **bilingual or international educational contexts**.
