No Offer Description The project for which the position is being advertised aims to strengthen the LSH Puglia Hub through the development of an integrated platform in the Cellular and Molecular Physiology Laboratories of the DBBA, focused on cellular and tissue engineering.

This objective will be achieved through the integration and strengthening of a Tissue Engineering laboratory for the creation of 3D models of tissues made by bioprinting and developed in dynamic growth conditions.

Specifically, the project aims to develop experimental protocols for the identification of natural or synthetic polymers, pneumatic extrusion parameters, and temperature for the bioprinting of tissue engineering scaffolds.

The objective is to produce organotypic models of epithelia with characteristics similar to natural ones and organoids/tumoroids.
