In May 2021 well be opening The Hoxton, Rome and were looking for an experienced Head of Rooms to play a crucial part in successfully bringing a new concept to the Italian market.

The Hoxton is making its way to Italy!

Reporting to the General Manager, be responsible for the overall management of our Front Office and Housekeeping departments and teams to ultimately ensure our guests are having a great and unique experience with us.

You will be required to work flexible shift patterns which will include days and nights, weekdays and weekends to support the rooms division, as and when required.

The Hoxton, Rome will be our 10th Hoxton and boast 192 bedrooms of different sizes, a large coffee bar and takeaway counter, light-flooded restaurant and The Apartment (our unique meetings & events space concept).

What we're looking for. . . 3+ years prior experience in a similar role; experience of hotel opening would be a plus.

You are a natural at leading and managing others, and you lead by example, creating an environment where your team can be their best self.
