Enterprise Account Executive - Italy

Dataiku is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in Milan.
This role consists of engaging prospects and customers about their related initiatives to help them develop a more efficient approach, leveraging our platform DSS.
The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for the entire sales cycle, while being able to leverage various company resources, to reach a successful collaboration with the prospect.
The Account Executive is likely to work cross functionally with Marketing, Product Management and Engineering.
How you'll make an impact:Educating customers on the value of Dataiku in a thoughtful wayDriving revenue through proactive outreach to existing customersProviding recommendations based on a customer's business needs and usage patternsManaging multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Dataiku buying cycleStrong ability to develop a C-Level vision match with prospects and customers, to develop alignment across different groups and cultivate championsBackground in selling innovation and new concepts to large EnterprisesHandling inbound customer communication and organizing/escalating issues appropriately, including: billing, legal, security, and technical inquiriesServing as the voice of the customer and collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including productOther duties as assigned from time to timeWhat you'll need to be successful:5-7 years' experience in software field sales, or other relevant sales experienceBackground in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprisesStrong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers, to develop alignment across different groups and cultivate championsGood articulation of competitive positioningDomain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration preferredPossesses advanced interpersonal communication skillsIs adaptable with a growth mindsetWhat are you waiting for!
