Enterprise Account Manager – Milan Location: Milan, Italy Experience: 3-6 years Industry: E-commerce, Retail, Payments About the Role Our client, a leading player in the payments and e-commerce industry, is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join their growing team in Milan.
This role is focused on managing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing performance for in-store and e-commerce merchants.
You'll act as a strategic partner to key clients, ensuring they fully leverage the company's solutions to enhance their sales, customer experience, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities Account Management: Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term success and growth.
Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company's solutions, driving incremental revenue for both the client and the business.
Performance Optimization: Analyze account performance, provide data-driven insights, and recommend strategies to improve sales and conversion rates.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at major retail and e-commerce brands.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer support) to enhance the client experience and address business needs.
Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide valuable recommendations to merchants.
What We're Looking For 3-6 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or sales within the e-commerce, payments, or retail industry.
Proven track record of managing in-store accounts and working with brands selling through e-commerce platforms.
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset – comfortable analyzing performance metrics and presenting insights.
Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
