Job description**:

We're looking for a talented Enterprise Account Manager to join the Enterprise Account Management team.

As a member of this team, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to maximize lifetime value

- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, defining and sharing account goals, objectives, and strategic perspective.

- Support the sales team in onboarding new customers to ensure seamless transitions for every step of onboarding

- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Keep a clear line of communication open with the customers to ensure their satisfaction, and anticipate any problems that may arise.

- Ensuring profitability and success of accounts, driving to customer retention.

- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Play an integral part in generating new sales for current customers that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

**Basic requirements**:

- Proven experience as enterprise/key account manager in localization

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

- Fluency in English and another language

- Fluency in Italian is a plus

- Excellent computer and web skills

- Preferred knowledge of the translation industry

- Preferred location: Rome, Italy
