Job Description

We are looking for talented young people who have recently graduated and are willing to join a dynamic team committed to the IT transformation of our Group.

Our Global Architecture & Convergence (GA&C) unit is in charge of defining converged IT architectures for the Group's companies, adopting differentiated strategies according to the size and geography of the companies. Our goal is to promote common, standardized solutions, facilitating innovation and technological transformation on a global scale.

Key activities include: Promotion of IT convergence: Identification and deployment of standardized application and infrastructure solutions to improve operational agility and competitive advantage. ICT standard setting: Creation and maintenance of Group ICT standards, promoting simplification and cost reduction. Group ICT strategy: Supporting digitization, modernization of core systems and optimization of infrastructures to support business transformation. Architectural design: Development of guidelines and best practices to ensure resilience, simplification and standardization of IT systems. Requirements Must have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related disciplines. Basic knowledge of IT architecture principles and cloud technologies will be a plus. Technical skills: Familiarity with digital transformation concepts, IT standardization and infrastructure modernization. Knowledge of leading project management methodologies (e. g. Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. Experience, also academic, with data analysis tools or technology platforms (APIs, cloud solutions, etc. ) is appreciated. Soft skills: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Interest in technological innovation and standardisation of IT processes. Good written and oral communication skills, in Italian and English. Predisposition to teamwork and spirit of initiative. Languages: Fluent English (level B1 or higher) will be a plus.
