The Role Intesa (a Kyndryl group company) as part of its growth path and positioning as an accelerator of digital transformation projects, is looking for an Enterprise Enablement Specialist to join the team.

Main Activities Identifying and monitoring business processes and internal tools to ensure efficiency and alignment with management organizational needs; Managing activities aimed at improving and maximizing organizational efficiency; Supporting the daily operational execution of organizational processes and ensuring that accurate measurements, reports and analyses are provided to company leadership; Providing consulting to general management regarding strategic decisions to support correct organizational flow; Organizing meetings and planning and optimizing management meetings in collaboration with other business areas; Evaluating feedback within processes to ensure improvements and greater effectiveness, quality and efficiency; Supervising and verifying all processes, products and services to maintain a desired level of excellence.
Requirements Master's degree in economics or similar disciplines; Excellent command of the English language (C1) both written and spoken; Precision, confidentiality and reliability; Good predisposition to interpersonal relationships; Problem solving skills; Positive and proactive approach.
