Job Description Summary**: At Avio Aero, a GE Aviation Business unit, we've been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years.

We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.

In this role you will be responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline.

The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.

).

**Roles and Responsibilities

- Be responsible for defining, deploying and managing project management related processes and support tools

- Be responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function

- Be responsible for people management, including staffing and performance development

- Propose different solutions to address more complicated manufacturing processes, using multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams, to arrive at decisions

- Drive colleagues with less experience, explain informations and develop skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field

- May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements and handle sensitive issues

**Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College, or a High School Diploma with relevant experience

- Proven experience in the Project Management & Processes and Tools

- Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

- Depth knowledge of a technical discipline

- Analytical thinking

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
