We're looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join the Enterprise Operations team.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Operations, the Program Manager develops the operational strategy and overall solution for Translated's Enterprise accounts.

PgMs are the only POC for the entire production team.

They fully understand all the contractual, process and technical details for a client and work hand in hand with the Account Manager to maintain/increase revenue, profitability, production efficiency and client's satisfaction.

PgMs are responsible for the operational activities for a client.

For this, they work together with Quality Managers (QM), Senior Project Managers (SPjM) and Product Managers (PM) to define processes and the technology needed to meet the client's and Translated's KPIs.

PgMs are required to work from Translated's HQs in Rome, Italy.

Translated employees have access to up to 48 days/year of remote work from anywhere in the world.

**Main responsibilities

- Define and formulate the service delivery for enterprise accounts with the Account Management team

- Foster relationships and partner with key stakeholders to define the cross-functional roadmap

- Coordinate the activities of the Project Management, Quality Management, Tech, and other teams to achieve the overall program goals and objectives

- Periodically review processes and technology to guarantee quality of service and innovation, focusing on analyzing & optimizing the localization workflow

- Manage communication around program status and planning and be the POC for the client for any operational aspects of the program

- Ensure adherence of the quality of service (on time deliveries, quality) to the contractual agreements

- Track, manage and report on internal KPIs of revenue and profitability

- Report potential expansion opportunities to the Account Management team

**Required experience, skills and qualifications

- At least 4 years of experience in the localization industry

- At least 3 years of experience in program management, project management or account management

- Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about the latest technologies in the localization industry

- Experience in the audiovisual industry is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills

- Thorough understanding of project management

- Experience working with a high-performance, collaborative team

- Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented, and dynamic

- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet challenging goals
