**The opportunity

Get the opportunity to deepen your skills and expertise related to ESG & Sustainable Regulation by working with an experienced team based in Milan.

As part of the team, you will be actively involved in the research, analysis, and consulting of sustainability/ESG management strategies for companies in line with the leading industry practice and tightening local and international regulations and frameworks.

You will also assist in the preparation of quality, practical approaches tailored to the client's economic, social, and environmental needs, in order to live a 360° enriching experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and analysis on ESG issues, including environmental and social impact assessments, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their ESG goals and develop effective strategies to achieve them.

- Help clients integrate ESG considerations into their business operations, decision-making processes, and reporting frameworks.

- Support the development and implementation of ESG programs and initiatives.

- Participate in sustainability assessments, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.

- Work with the ESG team to develop proposals, presentations, and deliverables for clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

**What we are looking for**:

**To qualify for the role you must have**:

- A degree in the field of Economics, Environmental Sciences, or Engineering

- Excellent and professional written and verbal knowledge of English and Italian

- Strong interest in ESG and sustainability matters about environmental, social and governance issues

- Strong analytical and research skills

- Good presentation and communication skills

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

**Ideally, you'll also have

- Basic knowledge of global sustainability initiatives and frameworks (UN SDGs, UN Global Compat, GRI, TCFD, UN PRI, EU CSRD & Taxonomy)
