Rome Business School is looking for a motivated Entrepreneurial Program Manager!

You will be responsible for developing, overseeing and managing the pre-incubation, incubation, and acceleration activities related to the Rome Business School Entrepreneurial Development Programs.

Tasks

- Manage pre-incubation, incubation, and acceleration programs for our national and international students entrepreneurs

- Develop & manage Self-Employment development program and partnerships with relevant stakeholders

- Provide mentorship and expert advice to student entrepreneurs

- Organize and host networking events for students

- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments

- Collaborate with other departments in the business school

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing Entrepreneurial services

**Requirements**:

- Native level of English and Italian

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management and/or Entrepreneurship & Innovation and/or equivalent professional experience

- 3+ years of experience in project management and/or entrepreneurial development or consultancy

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

- Global, dynamic and growth-oriented mindset

- Knowledge of national and international Entrepreneurial industry dynamics

- Proficent in MS Office; survey portals and engagement tools

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Demonstrated leadership skills
