The Rome Business School is looking for a Entrepreneurship and Innovation Manager, temporary contract.
The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Manager is responsible for leading and advancing entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives at Rome Business School.
This role is key to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among students, alumni, and faculty, through the creation and management of innovative programs aimed at developing new ideas and business ventures.
What would be your main duties?
Program Leadership : Develop and manage entrepreneurship and innovation programs, including workshops, incubators, accelerators, and student-led initiatives.
Strategic Planning : Define and implement a strategic roadmap for entrepreneurship and innovation, aligning with the school's vision of being a global leader in business education.
Cross-Departmental Innovation : Lead the development and implementation of cross-functional innovation programs that drive creative solutions and improvements across Rome Business School's departments, operations, and educational offerings.
Student and Alumni Support: Provide mentorship and support to students and alumni interested in launching or scaling their businesses by organizing pitch events and connecting them with investors and industry experts.
Partnership Development : Build relationships with venture capitalists, business incubators, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders to create opportunities for students and alumni to engage with the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Team Leadership : Lead a team responsible for delivering programs, managing resources, and ensuring professional development for staff members.
Networking and Representation : Represent Rome Business School at national and international entrepreneurship and innovation events, conferences, and competitions.
Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to expand and strengthen the school's entrepreneurship and innovation footprint.
What would we like to see on your CV?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation management, or a similar role within an academic, corporate, or start-up environment.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful entrepreneurship or innovation programs.
Strong network within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including experience working with start-ups, investors, and accelerators.
