Job Description Summary**: We are looking for a talented Technical Leader, expected to coordinate and lead system engineering activities within the Entry Into Service Product Line Engineering organization.

The activities are relevant to a Third Parties Program, namely the recently certified PW800 family.

The role is requiring leadership in managing and executing post certification tasks and cost out initiatives, in collaboration with the other company functions.

**Essential Responsibilities

- Establish a sound and transparent relationship with the Customer (P&WC)

- Execute engineering milestones associated to the PW800 Turbine Exhaust Casing (TEC) within post certification production processes

- Report to Leadership on progress of engineering milestones and relevant Key Performance Indexes

- Interface with Campania Engineering Center and Product Support Engineering to provide inputs and guidance on TEC field issues and to assess change in design at system level

- Lead Change in Design process

- Lead field investigations and root cause analyses, adopting TOPS8D methodology when required

- Support Global Supply Chain team for industrialization and production

- Organize and manage Technical Reviews and monitor closure of actions

- Be in charge of TEC work packages, contributing to the forecast process and with a constant monitoring of costs and times

- Lead cost-out activities for all PW800 program (both TEC and AGB modules), in strict collaboration with Engineering DMP team, Program Management and all other interested functions

- Support Program Control Boards (PCB) and Cost Review Boards (CRB)

**Qualifications/Requirements

- Master's degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university

- Previous experience in the Engineering function

- Willingness to directly interact with several internal and external Customers: hold meetings, lead activities focusing on targets

- Ability to prioritize work, make timely decisions and communicate them openly

- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian

- Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required
