ResponsibilitiesAttend networking events and meetings with community business leaders to promote the businessInterface with homeowners on a daily basis by working with your team in the local neighborhood and communityPromote Storm Guard products and services to prospective and existing clientsParticipate in daily check-in calls and strategic planningDaily use of software systemsQualificationsHighly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to speak publicly with confidence and poisePersonable and persuasive; able to influence and educate homeownersStrong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-disciplineResourceful problem solverOpen-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career pathsA naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settingsDesire to mentor other colleagues after refining your skill setAbility to work Mon - Fri: 1 pm to 8 pm & one Saturday per month: 10 am to 2 pmCompensationPosition starts at $37, 000 annually, plus commissionsEntry level sales associates should make $60, 000 to $80, 000 annually in year one
