We are currently looking for an Environmental Civil Engineer based in Padova.
In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our company's core values: solidarity, a passion for large-scale and complex projects, and a spirit of innovation and conviviality.
YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?
This role involves designing engineering projects such as landfills, safety structures, and remediation efforts.
You will create calculation reports, graphical representations, cost estimates, and execution timelines to guide project planning and implementation.
Advanced software tools are used to visualise designs, calculate costs, and define methods and schedules.
Additionally, you will develop investigation plans to gather the data needed for compliance and accurate design.
You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers, to ensure an integrated and effective approach.
Together, you'll analyse data, address regulatory requirements, and create sustainable, reliable, and traceable solutions.
Compliance with industry standards is essential, and you will also prepare detailed documentation required for authorisations.
Supporting daily tasks like performing calculations, preparing reports, and communicating progress and solutions with stakeholders is key to success in this role.
Staying updated on industry trends and regulations will help you deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?
We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
You should be comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and adapting to dynamic environments.
A passion for staying updated on regulations, exploring new technologies, and finding innovative solutions to improve efficiency, optimise resources, and ensure safety and stability is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are also important for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in environmental or civil engineering and a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and local/national regulations.
You should have at least five years of experience in interdisciplinary civil or environmental design.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Civil 3D, and GIS tools is required, along with familiarity with Word, Excel, Acrobat, Microsoft Project, and Primus.
A good command of the English language is also essential.
