Produce a comprehensive report on the current state of the vehicle fleet in the Venetian Lagoon. Conduct a detailed environmental impact assessment. Provide practical recommendations for improvements. Create a strategic roadmap for both immediate and long-term actions. Profile:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
